By accessing and using MyStayProfile, you agree to comply with these Terms.
MyStayProfile is a SaaS that allows short-term rental hosts to create digital guides for their guests.
The Host is solely responsible for all content added to the guides. We are not liable for unfulfilled promises or accommodation issues. Illegal or offensive content is strictly prohibited.
The Free Plan displays advertisements (e.g., Google AdSense) within the guide viewed by the guest. Premium Plans remove these advertisements.
We believe in transparency and the value delivered by MyStayProfile. Our billing policies follow global Software as a Service (SaaS) standards and Brazilian Consumer Protection laws.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard (Menu > My Plan > Manage Subscription).
As a general rule for monthly and annual subscriptions, we do not offer partial or full refunds for months already started, unused guides, or forgetting to cancel. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to recurring billing.
In compliance with Article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code (CDC) applicable to customers residing in Brazil, we offer the right of withdrawal within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of the first purchase of the paid plan.
If you do not recognize a charge, we ask that you contact our support immediately before opening a dispute (chargeback) with your bank or credit card company.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed recursively (monthly or annually). Upgrades: Immediate effect. The user will be charged a prorated amount for the new tier. Downgrades & Cancellations: The user can cancel or downgrade at any time via the billing panel. The change will only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days of the active cycle. Limits: If a downgrade occurs, the user is responsible for manually deactivating guides to comply with the new lower limit. If not done, the system will automatically pause the most recently activated guides until the limit is respected.
The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted uptime.
