MyStayProfile respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data of Hosts and Guests. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
We act as data processors to facilitate communication between hosts and guests. In strict compliance with GDPR and LGPD, all hosting guides and the data contained within them (including guest names and stay dates) are permanently and automatically deleted from our servers 90 days after the check-out date. We do not keep long-term guest histories.
To maintain our free tier, we display ads. Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to your website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and/or other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
We collect only what is necessary: name, email, and billing data (processed by secure payment partners).
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
